Welcome to Scout Counseling and Art Therapy PLLC, founded by Anne Zakaras, LCPC, ATR-BC, PMH-C, in 2023. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, Anne offers a client-centered, integrative approach to mental health. Utilizing evidence-based practices alongside art therapy techniques, she offers a warm and collaborative approach where we can work together to address your unique mental health concerns. Anne's clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perinatal and maternal/parental mental health, life transitions, chronic illness, navigating complex medical diagnoses, self-esteem issues, pain management, and stress management.
