Anne Zakaras, LCPC, ATR-BC of Scout Counseling and Art Therapy offers therapy options for both in-person and virtual sessions. Anne is in-network with the following insurance providers: Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna.
Specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and bereavement, caregiver support, navigating medical diagnoses or chronic illness, pain management, stress management, self-esteem issues, and perinatal and maternal/parental mental health concerns.



Individual Therapy
One-on-one support (53-60 minutes in length) utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic practices often combined with art therapy techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
In-Person Appointments
Comfortable office/art studio setting located on Chicago’s north side at 5443 N. Broadway on the 2nd floor. Street parking is available, and the office is accessible by public transportation
Teletherapy
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for convenience, privacy, and accessibility
